Archon and WIND announce completion of phase 1 for Drones for Healthcare IoT project

An experimentation with drones carrying significant payloads has been carried out by Archon and WIND Telecomunicazioni S.p.A., a major Italian telecom operator with more than 21 million mobile customers.
The UAVs where autonomously dispatched to deliver a defibrillator "on demand" - simulating an emergency situation that might occur in mountain regions or in highways.
